We aim to support every order with practical communication, product confirmation, and reliable follow-up according to your project requirements.

1. Inquiry and Product Selection

Please send us your inquiry with as much detail as possible so we can understand your needs quickly. To help us prepare an accurate proposal, include the product name or type, target quantity, preferred material, size, color, logo requirements, packaging needs, and destination market. If you have reference photos, drawings, samples, or special functional requirements, sharing them will help us evaluate the project more efficiently.

If you are not sure which product is most suitable, our team can suggest options based on your application, budget, and market positioning. We can also discuss standard items and custom-developed products for different cleaning and maintenance uses.

2. Customization and Quotation

After receiving your inquiry, we will review the product structure, customization details, and order quantity before preparing a quotation. Pricing may vary depending on material selection, printing or embossing, packaging style, tooling needs, and other product specifications. For custom car air fresheners, printed accessories, or private-label packaging, we will confirm the artwork and production requirements before finalizing the offer.

If your project involves multiple items, mixed models, or different packaging options, we can provide a tailored quotation based on the final order details. All prices and terms are subject to confirmation according to the specifications approved by both sides.

3. Order Confirmation

Once the quotation is approved, we will confirm the order details, including product specifications, artwork, packaging, quantity, delivery terms, and any special instructions. For customized products, final design files or sample approvals may be required before mass production begins.

If needed, we can issue a proforma invoice or other order documents for your internal review and payment arrangement. We recommend double-checking all details before confirmation to avoid delays during production.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are arranged according to the order value, product type, customization level, and cooperation terms. We accept payment methods commonly used in international trade, and the final arrangement will be confirmed with each order. For special projects or repeat orders, terms may be discussed case by case based on business requirements.

Production will generally begin after payment and order confirmation have been completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any bank charges, currency conversion costs, or related fees should be handled according to the agreed payment method.

5. Production and Quality Check

After confirmation, we arrange production based on the approved specifications. During the process, we may share updates, sample photos, artwork confirmation, or other information to keep you informed of progress. For customized items, we may request your approval before moving into the next production stage.

Quality control is carried out according to the order requirements and product characteristics. We check product appearance, dimensions, printing, assembly, and packaging details before shipment. If your order includes items such as wash towels, sponges, mitts, brushes, or foam cannon accessories, we will verify that the finished goods match the confirmed specifications as closely as possible.

6. Packing and Delivery

Packing methods are arranged according to product type, order quantity, and shipping needs. We can provide bulk packing, retail packaging, or customized export packing based on your market and distribution channel. If you have carton marking or label requirements, please share them in advance so we can confirm feasibility.

Shipping method, loading plan, and delivery schedule will be arranged according to the order details and destination. Depending on the project, transportation can be arranged by sea, air, courier, or other agreed methods. Final shipment terms, documents, and transit arrangements will be confirmed before dispatch.
